With a strong belief that proper form is crucial, she approaches each session with meticulous attention to detail, focusing on sculpting symmetry and shape, whilst minimising the risk of injuries.
Driven by a deep-rooted desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, Bern loves taking her clients on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves, supporting and motivating them every step of the way!
