Joseph is a Strength & Performance Coach who specialises in helping athletes and everyday lifters build strength, move better and perform at their best. With a strong background in biomechanics and high performance training, he focuses on improving movement efficiency, developing real strength and preparing clients for both sport and everyday life.
As an Accredited Exercise Scientist and national level powerlifting coach and athlete, Joseph brings elite level knowledge and experience to ONYX. He is also an Australian Bench Press Champion with a high-performance rugby background, giving him first hand insight into the demands of competitive sport and athletic performance.
His coaching approach combines strength and conditioning with injury prevention and rehabilitation principles, helping clients train smarter, stay resilient and achieve long term results.
