Nick is a Personal Trainer who specialises in body recomposition, strength and hypertrophy, helping clients build muscle, lose body fat and achieve results that are both effective and sustainable. His coaching focuses on creating realistic routines that fit into busy lifestyles, without sacrificing progress or enjoyment.
With over 10 years of training experience and a background in rugby league, Nick developed a strong foundation in strength, performance and discipline before transitioning into bodybuilding. In 2024, he competed in his first natural bodybuilding show, placing 5th in the NSW ICN U23 division, and continues to build on his competitive journey.
Nick holds his Certificate III and IV in Personal Training, is First Aid and CPR certified, and is an EVOLT 360 Body Composition Specialist. His approach combines evidence-based training with practical, lifestyle-driven strategies, helping clients train efficiently, stay consistent, and achieve long term results while still enjoying life.
