Monthly Memberships
Choose from either our RECOVER Together membership, where you can enjoy your session with up to 2 others in the room, or our RECOVER Solo, where you will receive exclusive use to the room for your session if you’re just wanting to zone in by yourself. Both options provide you with flexibility, being monthly ongoing memberships and include 3 sessions per week with our infrared saunas, ice baths and complimentary towel service at each session.
RECOVER Solo
$34.99 Per week, billed fortnightly

If you struggle to find the time to regularly use our recovery facilities, you can choose from a great range of RECOVER packages. Packages can be purchased for either our RECOVER Together session, where you can enjoy your session with up to 2 others in the room, or our RECOVER Solo session, where you will receive exclusive use to the room for your session if you’re just wanting to zone in by yourself. All packages include the use of our infrared saunas, ice baths and complimentary towel service.
